General Cancellation Terms

• Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled rental will qualify for a 50% refund.
• No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking or failing to show up will result in no refund.
  
  

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds) are deemed unsafe for boating, as determined by Naus Boats or the port authority:

• We will offer a full refund or
• Reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional cost.
  
  

Special Circumstances

• Health and Emergencies: For medical or family emergencies, we will work with you to provide a refund or reschedule your booking. Documentation may be required.
• Mechanical Issues: If the boat experiences mechanical problems before or during your rental, we will offer a full refund or provide a replacement boat when possible.
  
  

Rescheduling Options

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds) are deemed unsafe for boating, as determined by Naus Boats or the port authority:

• You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance free of charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your rental may incur a fee or price adjustment, depending on the new booking time.

• No Refunds for Early Returns: If you choose to return the boat earlier than scheduled, no partial refund will be provided.
